🎨 Autumn Colors for Clothes, Rooms, and Leaves
Rust, mustard, olive, burgundy, warm brown, and deep green can work across coats, scarves, furniture, pumpkins, and fallen leaves without making every scene look alike. The three colored examples show different ways to balance the woman, the cat, and the surrounding autumn details.
They are ideas rather than color schemes to copy. Keep any combinations you like, change the rest, or use a completely different palette for your own page. Click on any image to enlarge and explore the details up close.
More Autumn Scenes in One Book
If you enjoy this theme, I also created the Cozy Fall Coloring Book for Adults, with 50 original autumn illustrations.
The book combines scenes with a young woman and her cat with cozy interiors and peaceful autumn landscapes. The illustrations include reading, baking, warm drinks, walks through fall scenery, and other everyday moments from the season.
The balance changes from page to page. Some illustrations focus more closely on the woman, her clothes, and the cat, while others give more space to rooms, furniture, foliage, and outdoor scenery.
The illustrations are printed on single-sided pages, with a blank reverse side to make coloring more comfortable and help keep the next design clean.

🍂 Coloring Detailed Autumn Scenes
Detailed fall scenes give you plenty of opportunities to combine warm colors, soft shading, and small seasonal accents. Leaves can move from yellow and orange to deep red and brown, while pumpkins, wood, clothing, and interior details add contrast to the page.
Colored pencils work especially well for gradual shading and smaller areas. Markers can be used for larger shapes and stronger blocks of color, while a combination of both can help separate foreground objects from detailed backgrounds.
You do not have to use the same autumn palette throughout the entire picture. Muted greens, burgundy, deep blue, cream, and dusty purple can work alongside traditional oranges and browns to make each scene feel different.
For pages with many small details, try coloring the largest areas first and adding smaller objects afterward. This makes complex autumn scenes easier to work through without losing track of the overall color balance.
All designs are available as printable A4 PDFs with clean black outlines. Print at 100% scale to keep the original proportions and fine details.
