From simple cartoon parrots and parakeets to detailed macaws, this collection includes jungle vines, tropical fruit, birdbaths, nests, cages, and flying scenes. Easy designs sit alongside more realistic birds with layered feathers and detailed tropical backgrounds.

Hummingbird Coloring Pages
Hovering beside flowers, feeding among blossoms, and flying through garden scenes, hummingbirds are shown in both close-up and full-body compositions. Realistic drawings are mixed with floral designs, stained-glass patterns, and simpler pages with larger open areas.

Peacock Coloring Pages
Fully spread tails, folded plumage, close-up feather patterns, and decorative garden settings give this collection a very different look from page to page. Some designs are intricate and realistic, while others use cleaner shapes and simpler cartoon styling.
🎨 Ideas for Coloring Birds
For recognizable plumage, peacocks work well with blue, green, and bronze; puffins with black, white, and orange; flamingos with pink and coral; and blue jays with blue, black, and white. Owls, sparrows, pheasants, and quail suit browns, grays, creams, and muted golds.
Tropical birds give you more room for strong color combinations. Parrots, macaws, toucans, cockatoos, and birds of paradise can use greens, reds, yellows, blues, and oranges, while surrounding leaves can stay in a narrower range of greens so the bird remains the main focus.
Colored pencils are useful for pages with layered feathers, tree bark, grasses, and dense foliage. Build feather color with several light layers, then deepen the darker areas around overlapping feathers, wings, and tails.
Simpler bird drawings can be filled with broad areas of flat color, while detailed peacocks, owls, tropical birds, and patterned feathers leave room for finer shading. Markers work well for large open shapes, while sharpened pencils make smaller sections easier to control.
Tip: Use a lighter background palette when the bird has detailed plumage so the feather patterns stay easy to see.
